We all experience pain and suffering in our lives. Some of it we have processed and healed, and some we are still holding onto. What we don’t release becomes dense energy that we bury deep in our bodies and in the far corners of our minds.
We also carry suffering that is not even related to our present situations. We may carry ancestral patterns, cords of conditioning, past life contracts, and the unhealed wounding of the collective.
These heavy, unhealed, energies within us attract more suffering into our lives. We stay stuck in the same patterns and addictive behaviours; we attract in the same health issues and relationship dramas over and over. We get stuck in a life that doesn’t reflect our hopes and dreams.

SACRED UNION
If we want to have healthy and fulfilling relationships in our lives, we first need to achieve a healthy, sacred relationship with the inner feminine and masculine aspects within ourselves.
All too often we are looking for another to fill our cup, or to complete us. We try and fill the emptiness we might be feeling with another person’s love. These relationships usually end up being dysfunctional.
In this workshop you will learn how to heal and embody the sacred union within yourself so that you can create conscious, loving relationships with others.
VIBRATIONAL MESSAGES
We all grow up receiving lots of messages, from our parents, teachers, friends, the world. Some of these messages are untrue and negative and yet we internalise them as though they are the truth. We take on the vibration of the messages and they become our programming and impact our lives.
In this workshop you will release negative messages and programming from your past, and dance new vibrational messages into every cell of your body.
SPIRIT GUIDES
We have all of the answers inside of ourselves, but we are also able to connect to Spiritual beings who can help guide us in our lives. Our guides are here to support us on our journey and help us activate our own intuition and soul knowing.
